In addition to the production of single parts, we offer the production of mechanically welded sub-assemblies from folded and stamped parts by mechanical welding, robotic welding or riveting.
Our mastery of stamping and mechanical welding enables us to offer lower cost solutions. In fact, some assemblies of several parts can be reduced to a single stamped part.
We have robotic cells that can accommodate assemblies of up to 750 kg per station. For greater speed, some cells are equipped with two robots working synchronously.
Our recent fleet consists of 6 MIG and TIG robot cells.
Léo François also produces stamped parts by cutting and stamping and has a tube bending centre for the production of bent tubes.
